Precision straightener machine is also called a precision leveling machine, leveling machine, or correcting machine; it is used for metal steel sheet (steel coil), aluminum sheet (aluminum coil), and the uneven metal plate is passed through the upper and lower rollers to strip a certain thickness of the plate. Or plate extrusion, so as to achieve a flat effect. The RLV-F model is a modified type leveling machine. The machine adopts the upper 8 and lowers 9 mechanisms. The diameter of the leveling wheel is Ф30mm, which is suitable for the straightening of thin plates with a thickness of 0.1~1.5mm. The minimum material width can be 150mm, and the maximum can be 500mm. The upper and lower rollers are driven fully synchronously, with variable frequency speed regulation and stable operation. Special models can be produced according to customer requirements. The upper work roll can be opened for cleaning, which is suitable for aluminum materials. Very favorable conditions for precision straightening of thin sheets. The leveling amount adjustment method of this model has handled adjustment, the leveling amount precision is 0.01mm, and the dial indicator shows.
Work Roller
17 small diameter working rollers eliminate the bending stress of the coil and ensure the high flatness required for precision machining.
Auxiliary Roller
For series products with a material width of more than 300mm, an auxiliary roller is additionally equipped to suppress the bending of the work roller and enhance the precision of leveling. The rollers are made of bearing steel (SUJ2), heat-treated and quenched at HRC60°, then plated with hard chrome and then ground; it has high hardness, wear-resistance, and long service life.
