The RGL 2-in-1 decoiler straightener machine combines the material rack with the medium and thin plate leveling machine, which saves space. The roller material of the two-in-one uncoiler leveling machine is made of bearing steel (SUJ2), which is hard-plated after heat treatment and quenching at HRC60° Chromium regrinding: high hardness, high durability, wear-resistance.
The fine-tuning part adopts a worm gear fine-tuning device, which has high adjustment accuracy, high pressure, and convenient operation. In addition, the leveling machine can easily adjust the working angle, so the feeding angle of the leveling head can be flexibly set according to the existing space and the thickness of the material. It is made of high-strength rolling bearing steel bar quenched and tempered high-frequency quenched, and chrome-plated on the surface. The surface hardness can reach HRC60-62°. It has high rigidity, strength, and wear resistance, high leveling precision, and does not rub the surface of the material or scratch the material.
- Speed control: frequency conversion speed control, the material is not easy to shake and deform during the running process, to ensure the demand for high-precision leveling.
- The leveling head can change the feeding angle according to the thickness of the material.
