Hot Furnace Technical Principle
Roller furnace hot forming automatic stamping production line first uses the stamping process to cut and shape metal materials through pre-designed molds.
Use a robot or a truss to unstack the material sheets on the configured 2 stacking trolleys, and use laser or gravity coding to quickly code after unstacking.
The blank is fed into the roller body furnace, and by controlling the high temperature and the rotation of the roller wheel, the stamped part is heat treated to achieve the desired shape and performance.

Finally, the formed product is taken out from the mold and placed on the conveyor belt by the unloading manipulator, and manually received; the whole line is configured with a monitoring display, production information display, and other auxiliary configurations.
During the whole production process, the process parameters are monitored and adjusted in real-time through the automatic control system to ensure the stability and consistency of production.
