Hot Forming Process Testing Line

It can accommodate 3-5 layers of box-type heating furnaces, and can adapt to single or dual heating furnaces. The line is versatile, supporting the production of various types of single-piece and small-sized components.

Materials can be loaded manually or automatically onto the fork, which rotates to deliver them to the furnace for heating. After heating, the materials are transferred to the press entrance using the fork. A mechanical arm on the press quickly places the materials into the molds, initiating a rapid and precise pressing process.

The press applies suitable pressure and undergoes cooling as per the process requirements, resulting in properly formed components. The finished products are then extracted from the molds manually or with the aid of a mechanical arm, completing the entire process from material to final product production.
