The hot forming stamping automated production line is an advanced manufacturing technology combining thermoforming and stamping processes, which is realized through a highly automated production line.
The basic principle of hot forming stamping technology is to heat the material to be manufactured until it is higher than the crystallization temperature of the material for stamping, and then improve the forming effect of the material according to the characteristics of the material’s deformation resistance reduction and metal plasticity enhancement under high temperature conditions. Timely cooling after rapid prototyping improves the strength of the material.
At present, the hot forming stamping technology in the world is mainly divided into two types, direct hot stamping technology and indirect hot stamping technology.
